How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue page, select the item you wish to purchase, and click "Add to Cart." After reviewing your order, proceed to checkout to enter your shipping and payment details.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to save your details for future purchases.

How will I know if my order was successful?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder or contact customer support.

Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, changes cannot be made. If you need to modify your order, please contact customer support immediately, and we will assist you before it's processed.

We currently accept Paynow, Credit and Debit cards (Visa and MasterCard), American Express. We are working on expanding our payment options in the near future.

Do you offer payment plans or installments?
We currently do not offer payment plans or installments. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
