How do I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.
Is there free delivery?
We provide free standard courier service for purchase above $100. For purchase below $100, standard courier is $6 and expedited courier is $10.
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, we offer delivery to Singapore and Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak, only.
How long does delivery takes?
Local orders are typically delivered within 5 - 7 business days . Delivery to Malaysia will take about 7 - 10 business days.
Does the neck massager come with a warranty?
Yes, the neck massager comes with a 60-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects. The sales invoice will serve as a warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Returns/Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for defective or damaged products during the warranty period. Please contact customer support should you require further assistance.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact customer support with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Will I be charged for returns?
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return delivery cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the delivery fees.
How do I know if my return has been processed?
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process an exchange for you.
